Basic maintenance and special cleaning work at a total of 9 police buildings, including 1 indoor shooting range (RSA) with an extension and a color marking system. Maintenance cleaning work with a total floor area of approx. 5, 818 square meters a total monthly cleaning area of approx. 78, 200 square meters. Basic cleaning work with an area of approx. 4, 024 sqm. Quarterly general cleaning of the two shooting ranges (RSA) and the color marking hall. Cleaning of indoor shooting ranges and the disposal of propellant powder residues (TLP) requires a permit in accordance with the law on explosive substances (Explosives Act - SprengG). The contractor therefore has an explosives permit before starting the cleaning work in accordance with Section 7 SprengG and submit the permission notice. The granting of permission requires proof of reliability and personal suitability through a clearance certificate in accordance with Section 34 Paragraph 2 of the First Ordinance to the Explosives Act (1. SprengV) as well as the relevant specialist knowledge. The cleaning staff carrying out the work or a responsible person on site who instructs the cleaning staff about the dangers and protective measures require a certificate of competency in accordance with Section 20 SprengG. The contractor must ensure compliance with the legal obligations by the responsible persons, in particular with regard to the protective regulations in accordance with Section 24 SprengG.
