Expression of Interest are invited for Lusaka City Land Parcel and Property Mapping Using Drones.
Collection of property taxes is a major challenge in Zambia, suggesting substantial room for improvement. One constraint is data and new technologies like drones could be used for mass valuation, which was tested with Lusaka City Council and Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources. This ToR is to scale up the pilot for the remaining part of Lusaka.

Scope of work: create an ortho mosaic dataset, Digital Surface Models (DSM) and point clouds for the entire area of Lusaka city at 5 CM Ground Sampling Distance; data processing for building footprint extraction using machine learning, and on-the job training of staff.

The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Following this invitation for Expression of Interest, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding.
Only those firms which have been shortlisted will receive notification. No debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted.

· 4. Provide information on the qualifications of key staff. *
