Procurement of an Android-based overall solution (hardware and software) for lottery acceptance points LOTTO and TOTO Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania tender lottery solution for acceptance points (hardware & software) The object of the procurement is a uniform and modern one Complete solution (hardware and software) for lottery acceptance points to replace the existing solution. The solution is based on commercially available Android tablets to avoid vendor lock-in and strengthen digital sovereignty. The overall solution to be awarded includes: - Hardware (one-off purchase): 600 operator tablets, 550 customer tablets, 550 service tablets and 600 receipt printers. The tablets must come from the same manufacturer. - Software (one-time purchase): Application software incl. Interface adaptation to the central software (AEGIS) via REST-CFE as well as a management system (for mobile device management, content provision, shopping cart) - further services: project management, training and documentation services - ongoing Services (monthly fixed prices): System service, software maintenance and maintenance services over the entire contract term.
