Leasing of space on Pier III East for the purpose of constructing and operating a port terminal for sea transshipment, storage and processing of agricultural goods A terminal area on Pier III is available for lease. The approximate location is given from the attached site plan. The area has a size of approx. 110, 000 m² and consists of sub-areas 1 with a size of approx. 55, 900 m² and 2 with a size of 54, 100 m². The area is on the east side of Pier III behind berths 12 and 13. Berth 12 is equipped with a belt system and a ship loader for fertilizer handling. The area is in the special harbor area. There is no development plan. All areas will be handed over after they are no longer used standing and lying down by the previous user. Any preparation for construction is the responsibility of the tenant. The area is currently leased and developed. It is currently used for grain handling and storage as well as handling, storage and used for processing oilseeds. The area is made up of warehouses with associated dumps for trucks, handling facilities for grain and oilseeds for quay handling, processing facilities for oilseeds and storage tanks for vegetable oils.
