Appointment of Knowledgeable, Experienced and Suitably Qualified Service Providers to Lease by Way of Usage, Management, and Control of Municipal Immovable Property(ies) And/or Other Properties Managed by The Municipality. the Period of The Lease Shall Be Determined in Line with The Municipal Policy on Social and Economic Transformation in Respect of Leasing of Municipal Immovable Land.
