The central CRM system, which currently covers many core functionalities of the individual specialist domains, is to be replaced as part of the C³ project. The overarching goal of Project C³ is therefore to improve CRM ITTo renew the landscape and important associated processes of DB Fernverkehr AG. This is intended to ensure that DB Fernverkehr AG's CRM is prepared for the future. The focus of the project is on the implementation of a holistic CRM IT architecture.
