Lot no. 1 Lot no. 2 The contract is divided into two lots. Each lot has as its object internet access, L2 type point-to-point interconnection services, technical assistance and DDoS Mitigation, in the places and with the better described methods in the prequalification specifications and in the other tender documents. The Internet access, L2 interconnection and DDoS Mitigation services mentioned above also include the implementation of all preparatory activities and the supply of described in the special specifications. The two lots into which this procedure is divided will be awarded to two different economic operators, due to the need of the SGPR to limit as much as possible the risk of unavailability of the Internet connection and to guarantee the exercise of the institutional functions of the General Secretariat. Operators remain entitled to apply for participation in both lots.
