The services provided for this position are to coordinate, supervise and guide public finance reform actions in RGE according to the management approach focused on results in accordance with CEMAC directives. More specifically the consultants mission will aim for the following specific objectives: advice to the Minister of Finance and Budget (MFB); Define and sequence the reforms of the MFB within the framework of CEMAC directives; define and develop all macro-economic framework documents; Define a global approach for the computerization of budgetary, financial and accounting management procedures for public revenues and spending; supporting the PAMFP project activities and serving as a relay point with the Minister and the beneficiary departments of the MFB.
