Request for proposal are invited for International Consultant to Realization of the study sentinellesur key populations In sao tome and principe.
OBJECTIVES OF THE CONSULTATION
The overall objective of the consultancy is to conduct sentinel survey of target populations and / or key populations or sex workers (TS), men who have sex with men (MSM) and drivers motorcycle taxi (called "motoristas").

Specific objectives

Specifically, the consultation should allow for:

a) Train the staff like NAP and health personnel who will participate in the Ã©tudesentinelle
b) Developing a new methodology to select a representative sample for the realization of the study, collection and analysis of the results of the data collected.
c) To identify risk areas and suggest appropriate response strategies
d) Determine the level of correlation between achievement and priority indicators established in the table on the performance of the National Strategic Plan against HIV / AIDS, and basic estimates data extracted from the sentinel survey.
