Description: The objective of said Technical Assistance (AT) is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Ministry of Finance and Budget, in particular the financial reform monitoring unit, the General Inspectorate of Finance, the Directorate of Budget, Management General tax and domains (DGID), the Directorate General for Customs and Indirect Rights (DGDDI), General Directorate of Treasury and Public Accounting (DGTCP), and the Legal Affairs Unit. It will have to support the implementation of the Strategic Public Finance Management Reform Plan (GFP) 2022-2026, for the operationalization of reforms with a view to improving the level of resources, optimizing the execution of Expenses, strengthen transparency and GFP control, upgrade the GFP information system and the GFP legal framework.
