Tenders are invited for Installing Lightning Conductors.

About Plan International

Plan international Rwanda opened in January 2007 and is currently working in the Eastern and Southern Provinces of Rwanda in the districts of Gatsibo, Bugesera, and Nyaruguru with the sponsorship program, 10 districts with grant projects and in all 6 districts hosting refugee camps. Its program interventions are focused on child poverty alleviation in the domains of child protection, sexual reproductive health and rights, early childhood development and economic security and community resilience. The country office is at Kacyiru, Gasabo District of Kigali City

Project Background.
As a child-centered community development organization, Plan International Rwanda has developed initiatives to enhance child rights with emphasis on protection in various communities. Through sponsorship funds, Plan international Rwanda would like to fix lightning conductors to make the following places safer:

Plan office in Nyaruguru, (Kibeho sector)
Kibeho ECD in Kibeho Sector,
Munini ECD in Munini Sector,
Cyuna ECD in Rusenge Sector and
Kibangu ECD in Ngoma Sector.
Invitation
Plan International Rwanda invites qualified individuals/firms to fix lightning conductors to the mentioned institutions. Interested individuals/firms will be required to make their own arrangements to inspect before submitting their technical and financial proposals.

Requirements,
The individual/firm should have the following credentials:

Registered with relevant boards and be tax compliant,
Relevant technical qualifications,
With at least 3 years’ experience and provide evidence of 3 similar works for the past 3 years,
