Tender Details

Expression of Interest for the installation, configuration and commissioning of an automated account opening system.
The Bank wishes to enhance its customer onboarding experiences in this ever growing digital edge through the deployment of an automated, enterprise, cost effective accounts opening system.
Minimum system performance expectations
• Ability to efficiently integrate with existing accounts opening platforms, other critical process flow third-party systems such as Anti Money Laundering (AML), as well as other third-party service providers such as NIRA, URSB, BOU and most importantly, the Bank’s Core Banking system (PROFITS).
• Ability to offer enterprise document management and workflow process automation with regards to accounts opening information as well as other accounts management structures.
• Ability to encompass the latest trends in social media Banking most especially accounts management.
• Ability to offer system expansion i.e. future proofing capabilities as well as offer increased visibility across the entire accounts management system to support Bank client growth.
• Ability to securely simplify and ease the process of digital customer onboarding to minimize onboarding timelines for stipulated Bank products.
