Tenders are invited for Infrastructure Works Underground and Modeling of Land and Electric Sousstation 3 MW.
1. The invitation to tender follows the general opinion of acquisition for this project which was published on UNDB online [insert number] of 10 December 2013 and the Group of the African Development Bank website.
2. The Government of the Republic of Cape Verde has received funding from the African Development Bank in various currencies for the purpose of TECHNOLOGICAL PARK GREEN CAP. It is intended that part of this loan product is applied to eligible regulations forming part of the contract for INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS UNDERGROUND AND MODELING OF LAND AND SUB STATION ELECTRIC 3 MW.
3. NOSI - NUCLEO Operacional DA SOCIEDADE DE Informaçà now intends to prequalify contractors and / or companies for i) Earthworks on the surface of the site (cut and fill) with about 9.03 hectares; ii) Construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall of a length of approximately 352 linear meters and an average height of 1.00 to 4.00 meters; iii) Construction of small retaining walls for plots of land modeling; iv) Construction of an underground art gallery visitable for placement networks. Average height = 2.00 meters; v) construction and electrical substation equipment 3 MW; vi) parts Demolition of buildings of the National Service of Civil Protection, Demolition of existing buildings and the removal of existing shoes.
The work to be undertaken by the winning bidder involves the complete design, manufacture, supply, testing in the works, the export packaging, shipping, transportation, delivery to site, unloading the site, assembly, painting, commissioning and commissioning normal operation, testing the performance and reliability in the end, the training of operating and maintenance personnel for the period of all related work associated fault .
