Request for proposals are invited for Information Technology (IT) Support Staff Service.
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The successful vendor through its support staff listed for each location will provide helpdesk service and support to FHI360’s IT infrastructure comprising of computers including solar powered desktops devise (routers, Wireless access points, Satellite and Communication equipment, VoIP systems, load balance, UPS etc.). Servers, Applications, Domain Services, printer, Scanners, Internet Connectivity, Network devices, Network Operating systems and Voice Communication.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
a. 1 support staff in CO will have an application development and support background. S/he will support bugging and updating of web and android based applications
b. The second staff in Akwa-Ibom will focus exclusively o equipment maintenance in supported facilities.
c. Successful vendor will ensure coverage for staff on leave at no additional cost and will be responsible for all logistics cost e.g. travels, lodging etc. for the coverage.
