The Government of the Republic of Mali has received funding from the African Development Bank Group to cover the cost of the Malaria Economy Competitiveness Support Project (MCAP), and intends to use a part of the sums granted under this grant to finance the service contract of an individual Consultant for technical assistance to the

Sub-Directorate studies and market analysis of the Agency for Promotion of Exports of Mali (APEX-Mali).

The services provided under this contract will generally make it possible to carry out studies, foresight, business intelligence and market analysis activities with a view to increasing exportable supply and diversification. export products and markets.

Specifically, he or she will be responsible for:

- preparing and submitting for the approval of the General Management a strategic and operational plan defining the areas of intervention of the sub-department studies and market analyzes and the budgetary resources required for their implementation;

The Malian Economy Competitiveness Support Project (PACEM) invites Individual Consultants, with a University Degree in Economics, International Trade, Project Management, Statistics or equivalent diploma Bac + 5 years at least, to submit their application to provide the services described above.
