Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the tasks to be accomplished: As part of the joint ILO-FAO project (PBF Fund), the ILO is looking for a structure (consulting office, NGO or consortium) for the participatory development of Local Development Plans (PDL) of four municipalities in Mauritania: Rosso, Bassikounou, Fassala and Dar Naim. The mission, sensitive to conflicts and attentive to gender, includes four phases: preparation and framing (establishment of Communal Consultation Committees); participatory territorial diagnosis; strategic planning (vision, priority areas, quantified action plans); validation, official adoption and capitalization. It results in four validated and adopted PDLs, promising value chains for youth employment, priority project sheets and a capitalization report. Duration: 3 months (September - December 2026).
