INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT, EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST AND DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS UNDP's Strategic Plan for 2018-2021 takes into account the complexity of development and commits the organization to help countries find faster and more sustainable solutions to the 2030 Agenda Important development dynamics, such as urbanization, urbanization andclimate change and inequality, posesignificant challenges to the achievement of Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One of these initiatives is the establishment of a network of Country Accelerator Lab Networks to address development challenges. As such, it aims to recognize that, to overcome more and more interdependent developmental obstacles, linear and one-off miracle solutions are not enoughnot. For this reason, the initiative advocates the adoption of interdisciplinary approaches and non-linear solutions as part of the collective efforts of different partners, harnessing local perspectives and the knowledge of those most familiar with the issues and concerns. related solutions.
