Tenders are invited for Individual Consultant for Edition and Revision Annual Report and RAM - UNICEF Office Côte d'Ivoire.
Purpose and Objectives : The objective of the consultancy is to review and edit the narrative of the annual report of the office and the annual reports of the RAM. In addition, the consultant will be responsible for reviewing and editing four (4) key proposals and reports to donors.
Methodology and Technical Approach : The consultant will be in charge of reviewing and editing the drafts of the COAR and RAM statement narratives that the Bureau will make available to him in English as well as 20 pages of concept note or proposal on the based on publishing principles shared by UNICEF headquarters. The review will be done at a location chosen by the consultant with interactions with all the staff through the office's means of communication (telephone, email, conference calls).

Working Conditions : The consultant will be based in the city of his choice. He will use his laptop and personal computer tools. He will use his own working tools when he is at a distance. Qualifications and Knowledge:
Hold a University degree in Social Sciences, Development, Planning, Communication or International Relations
Have at least 5 years of progressive experience in writing, editing, and reviewing reports
Have extensive experience in the editing and revision in English of UNICEF reporting texts, including annual reports
Have a good command of French and English both orally and in writing
Having successfully completed similar consultancies
Have experience in international organizations, UN agencies or in NGOs.
