The service to be procured is divided into two higher-level service parts: - Part 1 includes the creation of the overall SzA system (attack detection systems), consisting of an initialization phase and an implementation phase (expected project start Q1 2027, expected project completion April 30, 2028) - Service part 2 includes the technical operation of the implemented systems as a system service as well as the further development of the entire system through the implementation of measures the continuous improvement process (CIP). The implementation of systems for the creation of the overall SzA system in service part 1 is carried out using a risk-based approach, site by location using the ramp-up procedure. Implementation and operation of Attack detection systems The use of an Industrial Control System (ICS) security monitoring system is planned for the development of the SzA. This system forms the technical basis for continuously monitoring relevant OT network traffic Evaluate OT protocols, analyze process values and communication patterns, and recognize anomalies as deviations from defined normal behavior. ICS security monitoring systems particularly analyze communication between programmable logic controllers (PLC), remote terminal units (RTU), human machine interfaces (HMI) and other OT assets.
