Description: The European HIV Vaccine Alliance (EHVA) is a large research consortium funded by the European Commission's H2020 program (http://www.ehv-a.eu/). One of the vaccine candidates developed by the consortium are two recombinant protein HIV envelope trimers (CONCV5-GT and CONCV5-KIKO), which are adjuvant with MPLA-L. The consortium seeks to cooperate with a correspondingly qualified job research organization (CRO) to carry out a GLP toxicity study.
We are considering carrying a GLP study for toxicity in repeated administration to New Zealand white rabbits or rats. Our plan is to start the study in the second quarter 2022. Enclosed you will find the statement of Work (SO) for the study. Based on this sketch, we ask you to submit a proposal including costing and schedule if you are interested.
