- Works Lot L2 (Senegal) - Line 225 kV power transmission between Tambacounda and Sambangalou and electrification of villages along the transmission line;

- Works Lot P2 (Gambia) - Post source 225 kV / 30 kV Soma and Brikama and electrify nearby locations of substations;

- Works Lot P4 (Guinea) - Post source 225 kV / 30 kV Mali and Labe and post source 225 kV / 110 kV / 30 kV Linsan (Guinea) and electrification of nearby locations of substations.

b) Package acquisition of the World Bank • Works Lot L1 (Senegal) procedures - power transmission line 225 kV

Kaolack and Tambacounda-Birkelane;

- Works Lot L4 (Guinea) - Line 225 kV power transmission between Linsan and Boke;

- Works Lot L5 (Guinea, Guinea-Bissau and Senegal) - power transmission line 225 kV between Boke (Guinea) - Saltinho-Bambadinca Mansoa-Bissau (Guinea-Bissau) and Tanaff (Senegal);

• Works Lot L6 (Senegal and Gambia) - Line 225 kV power transmission transmission between Tanaff (Senegal) - Soma (Gambia) -Birkelane-Kaolack (Senegal);

- Works Lot D1 (OMVG) - Dispatching and SCADA Systems (a main dispatching to Kaléta equipped and EMS dispatching a fallback Sambangalou);

- Construction - Electrification of villages along the lines of electric transportation and cudgel-source positions.
The project will include, among others, the following components: • Works: (i) 225 kV electrical interconnection between the Gambia,

Guinea, Guinea-Bissau and Senegal (7 lots lines elec-tric 225 kV, 5 lots HV / MV and a lot dispatching); and (ii) Electrification of villages along the power line source and HV / MV.

- Services: Project management and technical assistance to the Executive Secretariat OMVG. This particular component includes consulting services for (i) the consulting engineer in charge of mission control, oversight and supervision of the project, (ii) training, (iii) auditing, and (iv) pre-investment studies of hydroelectric facilities second-generation energy program OMVG, namely Digan, Fello Sounga and Saltinho (feasibility, detailed pre-pro-jets, preparation of tenders and studies of environmental issues and social) as well as technical assistance.

- Properties: Facilities Project Management Unit (PMU) and national and regional project support structures.
