The project is jointly financépar the International Development Association ( IDA) of the World Bank (WB), the French Development Agency (AFD), theOpportunities Fund African Development Fund (ADF ) africainede Development Bank (ADB ), the Bank European Investment Bank ( EIB), Labanque Islamic development Bank (IDB ), the Bank will appreciate your knowledgeDoes African Development Bank ( BOAD) and the KfW (KfW) of Germany.. 2 The project will include, among others, the following components: · Construction : Electrical Interconnection 225 kV between the Gambia, Guinea, Guinea- Bissau and Senegal ( 7 lots electrical transmission line 225 kV, 4 lots HV / MV and lotdispatching ) · Services. Managing projet and technical assistance to the Secretariat OMVG. This component inclutnotamment counseling for pre-investment studies of second-generation hydroelectric power theprogram OMVG, namely Digan, Fello Sounga and Saltinho (feasibility, draft detailed preparation of tender documents and studies of the environmental and social ) havensi that pourl''assistance technique.. 3 contracts financed by the World Bank will be procured in accordance with procedures specified in the Guidelines : Procurement financed by IBRD loans and credits del''IDA (January 2011), and are open to all candidates quiremplissent conditions stipulated in the guidelines.
