The goal of the Gambia School Based Programming Impact Evaluation is to assess the impact of the a home-grown school feeding program on student outcomes. The evaluation is led by the Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) department. DIME is looking to procure all aspects of student high frequency surveys. A total of 92 schools offering primary education and their students are part of the evaluation sample, which are spread across 2 regions of the country (Regions 3 and 6). This call for EOIs is for 5 rounds of high frequency surveys to interview a total of 1840 primary grade students. The data collection will take place at the schools and instrument will be a multi-module questionnaire including questions on student nutrition and well being, anthropometrics, cognition, and math and reading assessments.
The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
