Expression of Interest are invited for Gambia eCRVS Consulting Services.
The Gambia does not have an electronic Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (eCRVS). The World Bank seeks consulting services for a firm to implement an eCRVS for the Gambia using commercial off-the-shelf software or open source software.
The scope of work for the consulting services covers the following areas (defined in more detail in the terms of reference):
1. Development, Configuration, and Deployment of a limited Functionality System
2. Acceptance Testing of the eCRVS Software
3. Systems Implementation
4. Deployment of the system for production
5. Migration of data from existing system used for vaccination recording
6. Train Ministry of Health Helpdesk and other support personnel
7. Prepare an eCRVS Operational Manual based on final system configuration and update if changes are made to the software.
8. Provide implementation support Monitoring & Alerting and periodic in-Country Reviews
9. Provide guidance on the digitization of existing paper records
10. Hosting Support
11. Cybersecurity
The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals).
