Roof sealing and insulation work Short description of the procurement: FRK_OP_FRK_OP_300_ARC 04_Roof sealing and insulation work The Frankfurter Rotkreuz-Kliniken e.V. intend to use the location Red Cross Clinic in Frankfurt am Main is the functional unit Central operating room to expand an operating room with corresponding additional areas. The plan is to add a two-story building without a basement with central ventilation technology on the green flat roof. The attachment to the existing building takes place via a small patio in the immediate extension of the existing operating corridor. The existing recovery room - located in the southern part of the building - will be expanded to include an isolation area with two beds. On the ground floor of the extension building are Medical offices with their own access located. The main access during the construction of the new operating room extension will be via a connecting corridor on the west side of the existing building. Further construction work is being carried out on the clinic site. The The total gross costs for this measure are around €8.17 million. Funding is being used for this project. The work is taking place in urban constrictions while the hospital is still in operation. Access to the construction site is in the inner courtyard of the clinic campus given via Königswarterstrasse.
