Every year the DAAD organizes numerous international university fairs, educational and research presentations, information events and international network conferences in which the DAAD participates together with German universities and other partners. Find these events Face-to-face or virtual. The virtual formats that the DAAD uses include, for example, virtual measurement and web seminars (online lecture series). To support these activities, the DAAD regularly needs in addition to print, primarily electronic and other communication materials, Just like designs for exhibition stand construction. Exemplary, but not final, should be commissioned via the framework contract: • Information materials (flyers, brochures, exhibitor directories, etc.) for digital uses and printing • Print and online advertisements • Web banner • Give-aways, such as Writing pencils, paper and jute bags, bookmarks, T-shirts • Annoying posters • Design elements for designing exhibition stands such as • Header • Banner, light-up pillars • Roll-ups • Counter-fronts and surfaces • Designs for large-scale exhibition stand constructions including the creation of one Basic designs and its visualization (mockups) • Moving image formats for social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and the like) The detailed service description can be found in Appendix 02 of the tender documents.
