With a framework agreement on behalf of the DIPF | Leibniz Institute for Educational Research and Educational Information existing software products and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions are developed, further developed and operated in an agile manner Use products from the CBA ItemBuilder software, which was also developed on behalf of DIPF. These software products and SaaS solutions are used by the DIPF and its cooperation partners in various projects for research and transfer projects and designed as open source software. The advertised services are divided into the following areas (service areas): TestApp Maintenance and further development of an application for configuring computer-based surveys (TestApp.Editor), especially an application for offline delivery on Windows operating systems (TestApp.Player - Windows). CBA-OnlineFurther development and operation of a SaaS solution for configuration (CBA-Online - Editor) and online delivery (CBA-Online - Player) of computerized surveys, including the administration of surveys, access for test authors and study participants and the provision of log and result data.
