Framework agreement BIM modeling 2027-2030 The BGE - Asse II mine operation center - has an overall model of the open-cast mines including the site according to the BIM standard (BIM = Building Information Modeling). For the model of days long were used by the Individual above-ground structures, technical systems and the infrastructure (traffic routes, media lines) created BIM models using the Revit 2021 software (provider: Autodesk Incorporated) based on the existing existing documents. The BIM models essentially have the quality LOD 300 (model detail level according to VDI guidelines). The terrain model of the mine and surrounding areas was based on a digital terrain model (DGM) from the State Office for Geoinformation and State survey of Lower Saxony created. The model of the open-cast facilities and the terrain model were combined into an overall model using a georeferenced site plan (DWG format) of the open-cast facilities. The framework contract advertised here includes: Maintenance and expansion of existing BIM models. NOTE: Open-cast facility = all above-ground buildings and operational facilities in the mine. The following services should be implemented by the contractor: Model maintenance: incorporating ongoing changes on individual structures of the system as well as on the overall model.
