Framework agreement for application support and project support for BaK Payments as well as support for the office Provision of application support services, project support and further development of the basic payment transaction component as well as support for the office on the basis of a framework agreement E-government is a central topic for administrations and their customers, such as users of electronic services as citizens, commercial companies, other authorities and public facilities. For several years, the Free State of Saxony has been providing functionalities for implementing e-government measures in the form of IT applications and IT services with the help of technical (basic) components. The Free State uses in addition, the central and decentralized technical infrastructures of its SIDI platform and the Saxon Administrative Network (SVN), which, for cost reasons, should not be set up multiple times in the administrations of the Free State of Saxony. The BaK ZV (Basic payment transaction component) is responsible for the operation and support of ePayBL. This forms the central data hub between the web presentation or web portal of an administration, a payment transaction provider and the household, cash register and administrative accounting procedures.
