Description : PAKISTAN AERONAUTICAL COMPLEX BOARD KAMRA PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE 1. Applications are invited for bidding of reputable companies / firms for following: (a) Design fabrication and indoor installation of indoor exhibition stall for aviation products with ancillary services in country and aboard on turnkey basis. (b) Provisioning of Giveaway Items (c) Printing of promotional material (d) Provisioning of Freight Forwarding of Equipment to venue (Munich, Germany) List of Events: (a) Air Tech ? 2017 (24-26 October, 2017) at Munich, Germany. 2. Only NTN and GST registered companies / firms having experience of the field services are to participate. The firms will be required to provide services as per above paragraph and to fulfill the following conditions:- (a) Provide complete profile comprising organizational set-up, relevant experience, past performance (projects completed)/detail of works in hand with other clients & PAC. (b) Details of capabilities and resources which could be provided in the field and documentary evidence to demonstrate the qualifications with information?s pertaining to Human Resources & Material. PAC reserves the right to visit the premises of the company thru its representatives for obtaining on ground knowledge. (c) Details of the proposed project manager / team leader with qualifications. (d) Affidavit that the company / firm or associated units have not been blacklisted by any Govt / Semi Govt / Autonomous body. (e) The organization is to render a certificate from relevant ministry for clearance from the lists of restrictions as the competitor. (f) Financial position of the firm, supported with bank statement, profit / loss statement and audit reports for the last three years. (g) Special equipment comprising hard and software owned by the company. 3. Interested firms / companies may submit their credentials before 1100 Hrs on 27 July, 2017. PAC Kamra reserves the right of acceptance / rejection of all the offers thereto based upon the information provided by the applicants.
