Description : Work: FOR PROVISION OF UNIFORM (2019) To OPF Officials Deputed at International Airports Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) was established for the welfare of Overseas Pakistanis working abroad and their families living in Pakistan, under the administrative control of Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & HRD Government of Pakistan. OPF intends to invite sealed quotations from well reputed Income Tax/GST (Registered) firms / tailoring houses, under ?Single Stage ? Two Envelopes? method for Provision of winter uniform 2019 to OPF Officials deputed at International Airports as per details tabulated below:- Sr. No. Items Qty. 01 Gents Shalwar Kameez. (Stitched, White, Winter Stuff, Wash & Wear, Fine Quality) 120 02 Green Coats (Gents) with OPF Monogram. 60 03 Green Coats (Ladies) with OPF Monogram. 30 04 Ladies Suits (Stitched, Green Shirts with White Trousers, Wash & Wear, Fine Quality) 60 05 White Dupatta?s with Green Border and OPF Badge. 60 06 Black Shoes (Gents). 60 pairs 07 Black Shoes (Ladies). 30 pairs Tender documents containing instructions regarding submission of bids, terms & conditions, detail of requisite documents and other relevant documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned against the cash payment of Rs. 500/- on producing written request on letter head of the firm. Quotations must reach to the undersigned till 1100 hours latest by 15th October, 2019. Earnest money / bid security @ 2% of the quoted amount including taxes in shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favour of OPF should also be submitted alongwith the quotation. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in presence of bidders/representatives who want to attend. Late & Conditional quotations will not be accepted. Taxes will be deducted according to Government rules. OPF reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule # 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
