ReFoPlan: “Legal and planning framework for parking and further development to promote sustainable mobility” The aim of the research project is to prepare a legal opinion on legal obstacles, scope for action and Instruments for integrated parking space management. The control of public and private parking space, the expansion of charging infrastructure in private parking spaces and the activation of municipal areas for truck parking in the area are being examined Motorway exits. The focus is on the question of how better interlinking of public and private parking spaces can relieve the burden on public spaces from stationary traffic and ensure sustainable mobility, quality of stay and urban greenery can be used. The legal, planning and economic framework conditions as well as cooperation opportunities between municipalities and the real estate industry are analyzed.
