The German National Library (DNB) intends to outsource the external technical operations their existing workflow platform Camunda 8. The goal is to be as interruption-free as possible Provision and secure operation of the Platform, including the required for this Infrastructure and the associated software components. The contractor provides and takes over the hardware and software required for operation their installation, configuration, operation, maintenance and updating Framework of this Services and service parameters defined in the service description. The scope of services also includes the system components described in Section 3, to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the Camunda 8 platform are.
