Tenders are invited for Extension works of the National Institute of Higher Sciences and Techniques of Abéché (INSTA) Province of Ouaddaï in eastern Chad.

2 - Consistency of works
The extension works of the INSTA, subject of this call for tenders, are grouped in following batches and include:

- Lot 1:
- A pedagogic building;

3 - Participation and origin

7 - Submission of Bids and

8 - Opening of tenders

9 - Admissibility of tenders

11 - Qualification Criteria
The qualification specifications include for each lot:

a) have performed average annual turnover in the last five years (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018), representing a minimum of:

b) have experience as prime contractor or subcontractor in at least two markets in the last five years with a minimum value of:
