Tenders are invited for Extension of the Services of the E-GUCE Platform National and in the Sub-Region (CEMAC) Exporters and the Main Actors of Trade and Transport.
1. Object

The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received a credit from the International Association for Development to finance the Transport and Transit Facilitation Project in the Cemac Zone, and intends to use part of this credit to make payments under the Contract "Extension of the e-Guce platform services nationally and in the sub-region (CEMAC) to exporters and the main players in trade and transport".
2. Consistency of the services

The Minister of Public Works requests closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to provide the following services:
Phase 1: IT equipment and interconnection

Equip the facilitation offices according to the standard configuration proposed by the Single Window for Foreign Trade Operations (ten workstations) and provide a minimum kit (3 workstations, Printer, Scanner, Inverters, etc.) by administrations present at the borders, in particular the Ministry of Finance (Customs, Treasury, etc.), the technical services (Phytosanitary, etc.) and the Ministry of Transport;
Strengthen the capacity of the GUCE Datacenter and backup site (Storage, Archiving, Switches, Firewalls, etc.)
Ensure connectivity with the Datacenter of the platform based in Douala;
Phase 2: Technical Assistance

3. Financing

The procurement will be conducted by National Call for Tenders (AON) as defined in the “Directives: procurement of supplies, works and services (other than consultancy services) by World Bank borrowers in the framework of IBRD Loans and AID Credits and Donations, January 2011 Edition, Revised in July 2014, and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Guidelines.
4. Acquisition of the file

Interested bidders can obtain a complete tender dossier in French by making a written request to the Contracts Department of the Ministry of Public Works, specifically to the Tenders Unit located at the Regional Delegation for Public Works in the Center (building sheltering the General Inspection) behind the Hôtel des Député, against a non-refundable payment of one hundred and twenty-five thousand (125, 000) FCFA to the Treasury of Cameroon as a purchase of the Tender Dossier against receipt of a receipt.
