TENDER Lot 6-BExtension network 20 / 0.4 kV KimbansekePhase 2 (Key Contract in hand to design, manufacture and factory testing, transportation, supply, installation, site testing and commissioning) 2.4 Descriptionet limitations of facilities in the market tothis part of Lot 6-B "Network Extension 20 / 0.4 kV Kimbanseke (Phase 2) "of PMEDE, new cabins 20 / 0.4 kV MV and LV cables andan will be supplied and installed so that BT subscribers are connected to the SNEL network. As stated above, the manufacturer will be required to conduct all investigations and engineering studies necessary to determine the use and dutrac air lines and MV and LV cables.

The Nouvellescabines MV / LV will be compact type, with service corridor and de630 kVA transformer; they will be arranged on unsoubassement cellar type.

The baseconsiste contract to connect the cabin feeders F3 and F5 to be fed from the Kimbanseke station with a double line (two cables unmme post) to the point of separation of deux feeders and two simple lines beyond this point desparation (see Annex 2.2). Optional lescabines connected to the feeder F4 will be powered by a single line from the Kimbanseke post. Nouveauxcbles the MT will be dimensioned for a voltage of 20 kV. Usually only one type of cable is scheduled, namely to descbles PRC insulation, tyeg self-supporting air, which will be installed on tubular metal poles octagonal section.

The cables will be dedistributionBT air of self-supporting type, PRC insulation, installed on wooden poles.

The air descbles installation includes all work tracking, surveying, deforestation, civil engineering, installation and drawing, including lafournitureand installation of rigging accessories and grounding. 20 kvet underground cables BT will however also provided for the realization of aero-ground connections to the cabins dedistribution.

The installation of underground cables includes all tracing, excavation, installation and drawing, including lafourniture and installation of accessries and protection of pipes, backfilling and reconstruction dessurfaces.Pour MV and LV connections, air descbles unit prices and per km underground cable will include the price and the price of placement.

The new 20 kV network is powered from dunouveau post Kimbanseke.

The deprincipe diagram of the new position is presented enAnnexe 3 "Position 220/20 kV Kimbanseke line diagram ".

The post 220/20 kV will be provided as part of Lot 8, the supply and installation of cable heads, as well as connection to the position of this lot is part 6-B.

The decbles heads must be adapted to the type of table decellules installed by ABB Germany as part of contract Lot 8, a tABLE 20 kV shielded isolated sousSF6 with double set of ZX2 type of bar.

The work area and the locations descabines 20 / 0.4 kV are indiqusen Annex 1, 2-1 and 2-2. In these documents there is also a table comprising lescoordonnes preliminary processing booths. This information is preliminary information before the start ofart work.

The plots lines and cabins locations must be reviewed by the Manufacturer etapprouv by SNEL.

The supply of counter coin boxes, desclaviers interfaces clientset communication cables will be carried out by SNEL. Mountings and fittings will be executed by leConstructeur within this market as r-loving in item 2.3.3 of the revised price schedule.
