- the proposed installation must be located less than 10 kilometers geographically from the headquarters of the UN/the general districts of the UN sector .- A large conference room (plenary) of a maximum capacity of 150 participants.- The room must have an uninterrupted power supply capacity to accommodate events.- The room must be equipped with smoke detectors as well as fire extinguishers. -Flexibility in theaters to have personalized seats of seats. Deportibility of a free Wi-Fi internet connection, projection screens, mobile sheets and a support.
