Expression of Interest are invited for Establishment of the Restricted List for the Selection of a Consultant in Charge of Capacity Building of Agents of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Hydraulics.
The Government of the Republic of Chad has obtained a loan from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to finance the Rural Water Infrastructure Project in the Ennedi-Est and Wadi-Fira regions (PIER- EW), and intends to use part of these funds to finance the services of a consultant in charge of building the capacities of the agents of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Hydraulics on various themes relating to the sustainability of the works carried out.

The choice of the Capacity Building Consultant will be made by selection based on quality and cost (SFQC / PM) from a shortlist of consulting firms in IDB member countries. The interest shown by a consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the borrower to retain him on the shortlist.
