Request for Proposals for Establishing Long-Term Contracts (LTA) for Cold Chain Transportation Services in Mozambique The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Mozambique is soliciting proposals from appropriately qualified to Establish Long-Term Contracts (LTA) for Cold Chain Transport Services in Mozambique. This request for proposals covers cold chain transportation services, by land and to any requested destination within Mozambique. Products that require cold chain will normally be shipped from warehouses in Maputo and regional and intermediate warehouses in other provinces, although they can also be shipped from any point within Mozambique for various locations where projects are implemented by government partners, NGOs or any other organizations, including on-the-ground project sites. Road transport can be considered as primary transport. You Products typically transported by UNICEF for these services include, but are not limited to: Vaccines and other time- and temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals Diluents Cool boxes, vaccine carriers and ice/soft drink packs used during the transport of vaccines.
