The aim is to introduce scalable, configurable standard software that ensures the digitalization and professionalization of all purchasing, supplier and contract processes and at the same time system-based monitoring of compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. The aim is to build a digitally supported and comprehensive service provider management with the possibility of already integrated into the purchasing platform To adopt processes for TK as standard. The aim is: - to establish TK-wide supplier management with addressee and control-relevant dashboards - to comply with regulatory requirements based on a standard solution - Increasing transparency regarding the service providers used by TK (importance, dependency, risk, etc.) - increasing productivity through digitalization of order and contract management processes - cost control and support Planning processes for the use of funds The contractor provides significant implementation and consulting services for the project.
