Restriction: In order to enhance his capacity and skills the companies can present their proposals in consortiums. Objectives of the study: The general objective is to execute engineering, procurement and construction of upgrading of the ships unloader and related systems, increasing of storage capacity of cereals and extension of the jetty or maritime terminal. Specific Objectives: Engineering studies; Procurement; Construction and installation of new steel silos; Acquisition of new ship unloader and upgrading of the conveyors; extension of the maritime jetty; Dredging; Modernise the trucks and wagons in-takes, Upgrading the overall process efficiency and security.
