The Therapeutic Services Support and Development Agency announces its desire to contract with a company or office specialized in the field of preparing engineering studies and consultations, provided that it has experience, competence, and high professionalism in this field, in order to prepare an integrated engineering study for the project to be established, including identifying and inventorying all the needs and requirements necessary to establish and equip the project, and preparing engineering, architectural, and construction plans and maps and all relevant technical documents, in accordance with the approved technical terms and specifications booklet, and with supervision and follow-up by the technical committee assigned by the device. His desire to contract with a company specialized in the field of construction, contracting, and general equipment, provided that it has the experience, technical competence, and capabilities necessary to implement and equip all the works and items contained in the engineering study, and the construction and architectural plans and maps that are prepared and approved by the office or engineering consulting company, in accordance with the approved technical specifications and requirements, and under the supervision and follow-up of the technical committee assigned by the agency.
