Dear Bidders, The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Representation in Sao Tome and Principe hereby makes public the call for tenders for the hiring of a consulting firm to: 1. Revision and homogenization of the Network Access and Interconnection Regulations; Revision and homogenization of thetrade relations / Contracts for the purchase and sale of electricity.2. Develop contracts for access to the network of independent producers, purchase and sale of electricity between concessionaire and independent producers and sale of electricity to the final consumer. Develop the Terms of Reference (TDR) for hiring company / office for productionSafety Standards for Electricity Transmission and Distribution Lines, Electricity Generating Centers, Substations, Switching Stations and Transformer Stations "Proposals must be submitted in separate documents and marked" Technical / Financial Proposal for review of TDR regulations and drafting by 28 November 2019 at the latest.1 pm and by e-mail [email protected] or delivered to the following address: UNDP Sao Tome and Principe, United Nations Avenue, Sao Tome and Principe.
