Scope of work The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) wishes to engage a service provider to supply and deliver the following; Specification Quantity Detail Reflective vest/jacket for First Aiders 35 Reflective vest for First Aiders General Specifications Primary Color: Safety Green (Pantone 375C or RAL 6018) Secondary Color: Hi-Vis Yellow (lower section on two-tone designs) Material: 100% polyester mesh or solid fabric (120-150 GSM) Closure: Heavy-duty zipper front or hook-and-loop (Velcro) Pockets: Front pockets for first aid supplies (clear vinyl window pocket preferred for visibility of supplies), Lower section includes utility pockets with flaps Breathability: Mesh panels on sides or back for ventilation in hot environments Sizes: Standard S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL Reflective Tape Requirements Type: Silver/grey reflective tape, Class 2 compliant Width: 50mm (2 inches) Configuration: Two horizontal bands around torso (360° visibility) Two vertical strips over shoulders (front and back) Reflective tape should be heat-sealed or sewn with high-strength thread Branding Requirements i) Front (Left Chest): White cross symbol (100mm x 100mm) Text "FIRST AIDER" below cross (75mm width x 25mm height) Print method: Screen print or heat transfer vinyl ii) Front (Right chest): ZERA Logo ii) Back (Upper Center): White cross symbol (150mm x 150mm) Text "EVERY SECOND COUNTS" below cross (250mm width x 80mm height) Print method: Screen print, heat transfer, or reflective vinyl Ma...
