Quotation are invited for Electrical Switchgear and Electrical Distribution Panel Preventive Maintenance.
DESCRIPTION

The American Embassy in DJIBOUTI requires preventive maintenance services on the facility’s main service electrical distribution switchgear. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The contract will be for a period of one-year, with a maximum of four one-year optional periods of performance and will be expected to commence no later than July 2017.
PRICING

The rates below include all costs associated with providing preventive maintenance services in accordance with the attached scope of work, and the manufacturer’s warranty including materials, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit and GST (if applicable).
Performance Standards

It is expected that all aspect this SOW will be completed. Work will result in the system being in good working condition upon reactivation. All deliverables shall be completed on time under this agreement.
