Tenders are invited for Election of a Cabinet for the Accounting and Financial Audit of the Nordic Development Fund (NDF).

The Government of Senegal has obtained a grant from the Nordic Development Fund (NDF) for the implementation of the Sustainable and Participative Management of Traditional Energies and Substitution Project (PROCESS 2). The services for which firms are invited to express their interest consist in carrying out the accounting and financial audit of the special account of this Fund for the period from November 2012 to February 2018 in accordance with accepted standards. The Department of Cooperation and External Financing (DCFE) invites eligible firms to express their interest in carrying out the services described above and forwarding the references indicating that they are qualified to perform the services: Brochures and references concerning the execution similar contracts (audit of accounts and statutory audit); Technical and management capabilities of the firm; Similar experiences; and any other information deemed relevant.
