Tenders are Invited for Drought Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Programme-II Eritrea Programme.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at
the office of PSMU-MoA, Sawa Street, P.O. Box 1048 Tel. 00291-1-189266/180699 Fax 00291-1-
181415 during office hours Monday through Friday 07-12:00 and 14:00 -18:00 Asmara local time.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of
a written application to the said Executing Agency, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 450.00
Nakfa, or in a freely convertible currency.
6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions are those of the Bank-s
Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods.
7. Bids must be delivered to the above office1
be accompanied by a bid security, USD 19, 150.00 or any convertible currency in any Bank of Eritrea.
8. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after the deadline for bid submission prescribed above.
