Tenders are Invited for Drinking Water Supply Project for the City of Ouagadougou from the Ziga Dam, Phase Ii, Abbreviated Ziga Ii, Lot 1: Comprises the Construction of a New Water Treatment Plant with a Capacity of 4500 m3 / H Option to 7500 m3 / H. Funding European Investment Bank (Eib).
Lot 2-1: Includes the Establishment of a Pressure Line of 19.7 Km Dn 1400 Mm and Dn 1200 Mm and Two Tanks of 6000 m3 Capacity Each. Financing French Development Agency (Afd). Lot 2-2: A Main Pipe by Gravity to a Length of 39 Km Dn 1600 Mm, Dn 1400 and Dn 1200 Mm. International Association Financing for Development (Aid). Lot 3: Includes Reservoirs and Pumping Stations. Aid Funding.
Lot 4: Includes the Supply and Installation of Approximately 75 Km of Ductile Iron pipes.financing Idb / World Bank / Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (Badea) / Opec Fund for International Development (Ofid).
Lot 5: Concerning the Water Tower Construction and Tanks. Aid Funding.
Lot 6: The Provision and the Development of Secondary and Tertiary Networks and 52, 200 Private Connections and 160 Public Standpipes. The 160 Fountains and 52 200 Social Connections Will be Financed Half by the Idb, the Other Half Being Supported by Ida.
Lot 7: The Provision of 52, 200 Water Meters (Afd Funding) and 52, 200 Kits of Household Connection (Aid Funding). The Award of Works, Under Idb Financing Will be Conducted by International Competitive Bidding for:
Lot 4-1: Supply and Installation of Approximately 11 Km of Primary Network of Pipelines.
Lot 6-1: Networks Secondary, Tertiary, 80 Fountains and 26 100 Connections.
