Tenders are invited for Platform/Software Development for Results-Based Financing Process Management
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Rural and Renewable Energy

Agency, Augustine Moore ([email protected]) and inspect the bidding document

during office hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm GMT at the address given below.

bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the

submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable

fee3

of Seventy-five United States Dollars (US$ 75.00). The method of payment will be a direct

payment into Rural Energy Fund Account No: 53030030000064 Swift Code No. UNAFLRLM

held with United Bank for Africa (UBA) Liberia or at the Finance Department of RREA and

submitting the payment advice as evidence to collect the Bidding Documents. An additional

amount will be charged for deliveries by courier.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00am GMT on 16

th October

2023. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be

publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who

chooses to attend at the address below on 10.00 am GMT on 16

th October 2023

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Three Thousand United States Dollars

(US$3, 000.00) in the form of a bank guarantee.
