Description : The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) has identified the need for Meeting multi voice recognition voice text system to automate the meeting minutes via an automated transcription system. 1. Background: MINUSMA wishes to find a solution that will facilitate recording at meetings and subsequently transcribing them into written documents (text) with the aim of introduicing some degree of automation in minute-taking. The goal is to purchase one system and test it by conducting a proof of concept (POC). If deemed fit for purpose and fit for use, then purchase of additional systems may be saught depending on internal approval processes . 2. Purpose The purpose of this Terms of Reference (TOR) is to outline the services that the vendor will be required to provide for Digital Conference Recorder & Multi person voice recognition system. The system covers the following: • Minimum 01 Year Warranty on all equipment. • Remote Support and Updates on Software annually. • Extended Support Training and support for initial setup. Potential suppliers are to send MINUSMA the demo kit for testing purposes 3.
